The 90m² site is located in a conservation area alongside an array of buildings, mostly dating back to the 19th century. The program requires for open-plan floors to provide work spaces and facilities for freelance and short-term use.

The location of the site, where the street turns a corner, naturally puts the building in an anchor position. The outer shell is perceived as an immaterial layer, only to be penetrated by the textures and softness of the cedar surfaces on the inside, while the varying usage of the spaces will continually animate the facade.
